I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel in the Jessie Matthews Suite. The room offered stunning views, delicious food, and great hospitality. The highlight was the amazing bathroom with sea views. However, the storm Eunice did cause some inconvenience, leading to an unexpected extended stay. The location is fantastic, steeped in literary history and boasting excellent black-tie dinners with live music. The lack of a television but a replica Roberts radio added a charming touch to the glamorous Art Deco hotel on the beautiful island.
